PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean-looking memorial frame realistically expressing a handprint or a footprint, preventing the fading of the handprint, the footprint and a description part on the birth for all time, having a simple structure and facilitating the changing of a photograph. SOLUTION: This memorial frame is provided with two transparent panels 2 formed of two sheets synthetic resin and a transparent stand 3 supporting the panel 2, and a footprint display part 11, a birthday description part 12 and a record description part 13 recording a name, a body height, and a body weight are engraved on the back face of the surface panel 2a by laser beams. A photograph display part 7 is formed by providing a recess part 4 on the surface of the back-side panel 2b and covering it with a transparent lid body 6. A cut part for storing with overlapped the front-side panel 2a and the back-side panel 2b is formed in a panel support part 20 of the stand 3. The cut part 22 has steps, or a first bottom 22a for supporting the front-side panel 2a and a second bottom part 22b for supporting the back-side panel 2b, and the back face of the front-side panel 2a and the surface of the back-side panel 2b are made to abut on each other and supported.
