A side key FPCB and a mobile communication terminal having the same are provided to be close to a shape of a rib of which a side has a curved shape by forming a curved-shaped bent unit in an FPC by a back plate having a structure divided into two, thereby being applicable to the mobile communication terminal of which a side has a curved shape without increasing soldering points. A side key FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) comprises the followings: a back plate(60,61) which is divided into at least two or more; an FPC(62) which connects the divided back plates(60,61) through an adhesion unit; and a PET(PolyEthylen Terephthalate) film coated on a side of the FPC(62). In a rib(70) for supporting the FPC(62) and the side key FPCB, bent units(62a) with a curved shape are respectively formed.
