A vessel sealing method and a sealing apparatus using the same are provided to improve the convenience for use by preventing a filling material from overflowing in an opening process. A vessel sealing apparatus includes a conveyor belt, a primary bonding unit(2), a pressing bonding unit(4), a secondary bonding unit(6), a third bonding unit, and a cutting unit(8). The conveyor belt conveys a vessel. The primary bonding unit is installed on one side of the conveyor belt to partially bond a packing film to the vessel so as to form an aperture. The pressing bonding apparatus seals the vessel by pressing the packing film of the vessel and discharging some of the filling material. The second bonding unit bonds the packing film of the vessel so as to seal the packing film. The third bonding unit bonds the packing film of the vessel with a wide width. The cutting unit cuts the periphery of the packing film bonded to the vessel.
