A surface cleaning apparatus of a belt conveyer is provided to absorb the shock between a cleaning bar and a weight by connecting with wire and to remove foreign materials stuck on the surface of a return belt by movably mounting a return belt and the clean bar. A surface cleaning apparatus of a belt conveyer comprises a fixing base(20) installed at both sides of a return belt; a fixing member(30) installed on the side surface of the fixing base and formed with a through-hole(31) at the center; a support member(40) laterally mounted at the lower surface of the return belt, and of which both ends are inserted in the through-hole; a clean bar(41) installed on the surface of the support member to be laterally contacted with the lower surface of the return belt; and a weight(60) connected to both ends of the support member by the medium of wire(61). At least more than two cleaning bars are installed.
