PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly guide respective moving vehicles to a traveling route according to distributing instruction by providing a traffic information storage means for merging traffic information, which is received by a base station side traffic information receiving means, with traffic information from a mobile station and storing the result as traffic information. SOLUTION: VICS information sent from the mobile station is inputted from a mobile communication equipment 11 through a MODEM 12 to a central signal processor 14 at the base station and stored in a traffic information storage device 25. Besides, data provided from a VICS receiver 20 are similarly stored in the traffic information storage device 25 as well. When a distributing position is designated from a data input terminal 13, based on the traffic information stored in the traffic information storage device 25, the time for arrival from each mobile station (vehicle) to the distributing position (target spot) is calculated and the time for arrival from each vehicle position to the distributing spot is displayed on a map/jam information display 15 while being coupled with a map from a map data base 17. |
