PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silent hermetic type fluid machinery without causing enlargement and deterioration in productivity. SOLUTION: An electric scroll compressor as the hermetic type fluid machinery is provided with a housing 10, and a scroll unit 18 and an armature 40 for driving the scroll unit 18 are stored in the housing 10.
