PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight of a slide fork and a mast of a stacker crane. SOLUTION: In this automated warehouse, a turn table 22 and the slide fork 20 are provided on an elevating base 16 of the stacker crane 4, and the center C of turn of the turn table 20 and the center G of the slide fork 20 and a cassette 14 are made eccentric. The turn table 20 is turned when transferring the cassette 14, a scope 24 of turn of the cassette 14 is overlapped on a space in a rack 10 while avoiding a support column 12 on a rack 10 side, and a scope 26 of turn of the slide fork 20 is stored in a passage space 6.
