PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cooling device for a vehicle capable of easily reducing the cost by employing heat radiating structure having simple piping structure and comparatively long disposed in the area receiving travel wind. SOLUTION: A cooling water circulation passage 15 which is oppositely disposed in a travel wind drift space extended from the engine 5 in an engine room 4 and separated from the engine room, and returned to the engine is disposed on a vehicle body. A facing front cooling area 19 which is provided at the front end part of the vehicle body and receives the travel wind from the front among the cooling water circulation passage 15 is formed by a bent heat radiation pipe 37, and a floor under surface cooling areas 18, 23 which are provided under the surface of the vehicle body floor 36 and receive the travel wind are formed by a heat radiation pipe 27 with a fin.
