PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for non-destructive inspection capable of precisely performing non-destructive inspection at a high speed by a simple constitution and enabling high-degree analysis, a non-destructive inspection method and a horn. SOLUTION: A slit-shaped incident aperture part composed of long and short sides is formed to the end part on the milli-wave incident side of a mill-wave receiving antenna 61 and a disk 84 is provided between the incident aperture part and an inspection target S as an incidence allowable member. A slit 84a is bored in the disk 84 and moved to the other end of the incident aperture part from one end by rotating the disk 84 to finely split the milli-wave incident on the incident aperture part in the extending direction of the long side of the incident aperture part to continuously receive.
