PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate engine start by pre-heating an engine oil, an oil pan and cooling water before engine start. SOLUTION: An engine pre-heating device is provided with a temperature thermostat sensor 47 and heating bodies 48, 49 on the oil pan and is provided with a temperature thermostat sensor 50 and a heating body 80 in a cooling water pipe. Electricity carry control is performed to heat only oil or the oil pan to predetermined temperature according to detection value of the temperature thermostat sensor detecting temperature of an inside and an outside of the oil pan before starting the engine, and electricity carry control is performed to heat cooling water to predetermined temperature according to detection value of the temperature thermostat sensor detecting temperature of an inside and an outside of the cooling water pipe.
