PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and high performance motor having such a structure as cogging torque can be reduced. SOLUTION: The motor 8 comprises two arcuate magnets 9 opposing each other, and five rotors 5 arranged on the inside of the magnets 9. Assuming the slot opening angle when viewed from the axis of the rotor 5 is a°, the inner circumferential angle of the magnet on the inner circumferential surface side facing the slot 6 of each magnet 9 is b°, and the outer circumferential angle of the magnet on the outer circumferential surface side touching the motor case 1 of each magnet 9 is c°, their ratio is set in the range from a:b:c=24:46:40 to a:b:c=24:50:45.
