<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design information management device, a design information management method, and a design information management program for managing information relating to parts, and for enabling a person in charge of design to efficiently select proper parts. <P>SOLUTION: The management computer 21 of a parts management server 20 which has received the designation instruction of parts to be used extracts mechanical parts information master data based on parts numbers included in the designation instruction. Then, the management computer 21 confirms whether or not parts are inhibited parts from a status flag, and adds warning display to the inhibited parts. Then, the management computer 21 retrieves the slave parts of the parts by using a parts configuration data storage part 23, and the management computer 21 acquires the supply information of the configuring parts again.
