PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt stabilizing supporting device for an article capable of reducing torque by a weight of a loaded article acting on a supporting base in tilting the supporting base in comparison with a conventional one, and reducing reverse torque approximately balanced with the torque applied to the supporting base to stabilize the tilt with good balance in comparison with a conventional one. SOLUTION: A rotating body rotated on one point positioned on a vertical line connecting a center of gravity of the article and the supporting base at an upper portion of the supporting base, having the semicircular arc shape and provided with an outside diameter gear on a lower face of an outer peripheral edge, is mounted on both side lower faces of the supporting base to mount the supporting base for loading and fixing the article to a base rotatably on the point, and an circular arc face is slidably and rotatably held by a plurality of rotating holding means such as bearings. A rotation transmitting means composed of a gear, a pinion and a rack is connected with the outside diameter gear of the rotating body to transmit the rotation of the supporting base, and an elastic means such as a spring is connected with and mounted on the rotation transmitting means, to apply the reverse torque approximately balanced with the torque by the weight of the loaded article, to the supporting base.
