PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensing device which can be more reduced in size through a reduction in its power consumption. SOLUTION: A line memory is provided between an analog processing system and a digital processing circuit, exclusive control is carried out where the processing operations of the analog processing system and the signal processing circuit are temporally separated from each other, the analog processing system is increased in operating clock speed, the analog processing system is reduced in operating processing time, and a power is applied only when the analog processing system is operated. Noises contained in image sensing signals can be reduced, the analog processing system can be reduced in power consumption to an irreducible minimum, a power supply circuit can be reduced in power supply capacity, and a reduction of the image sensing device in size and weight can be enhanced as a whole.
