FIELD: mechanical engineering; looms. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed rubber vibration isolator has housing 3 and elastic member 5 engaging with object 7 to be isolated. Housing 3 is made in form of two vertical posts 2 and 10. First vertical post 2 is made of elastic material. One end of each vertical post 2 and 10 is rigidly secured in lower plate 3 of housing installed on base 1. Second end engages with bushing 4 and 9. First bushing 4 rests on elastic member 5 consisting of pack of series-connected rubber washers 5. First bushing 4 is coupled by means of S-shaped lever 6 with object 7 to be isolated. Clearance 12 is left between first bushing 4 and second vertical post 10. Second bushing 9 is installed in fixing hole of base 8 of isolated object 7 which is found of lower part 11 of S-shaped lever 6. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of vibration isolation at resonance, simplified design and facilitated mounting. ^ 1 dwg |
