PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory-attached brassiere solving outstanding issues that a conventional shoulder-strap hook-shaped holding tool comprises a ring-shaped part and a hook part, and it is required that the end part of the shoulder strap is inserted into the ring-shaped part and formed into a ring state through a sewing-up means to hold the shoulder strap on the ring-shaped part, thereby the operation for holding the shoulder strap on the ring-shaped part is complicated and it takes a lot of trouble to attach to or detach from the shoulder strap. SOLUTION: The brassiere is structured as follows: hook-state holding-tool receiving members obtained through forming narrow tape fabrics into a ring state are formed respectively at a front center upper edge part and the back part of a cup part or a base part; the hook-shaped holding tool is formed into a Z-shaped mold so as to facilitate the holding operation between the shoulder strap previously formed into a ring state or the end part of an accessory and the hook-shaped holding tool; appropriate accessories at the back surface sides of which the hook-shaped holding tool are provided, are easily held on the shoulder strap, the cup part, the front center upper edge part of the base part and the bag part so as to make its appearance look excellently fine.
