<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a feeling of physical disorder of a user by making a thigh frame of a thigh orthosis smoothly follow the movement of the user's thigh. <P>SOLUTION: The thigh frame 21, constituting the frame of the thigh orthosis 12 which is worn along the thigh of the user to be oscillated forward/backward to the waist of the user by a hip joint actuator 19, is pivotally supported at the upper end in such a way as can be oscillated in the left/right directions around an upper fulcrum pin 46 to the hip joint actuator 19, and is pivotally supported at the lower end in such a way as can be oscillated in the left/right directions around a lower fulcrum pin 48 to a knee joint actuator 60. Accordingly, the thigh orthosis 12 can smoothly follow the movement of the thigh of the user, and can eliminate the feeling of physical disorder of the user by preventing a thigh connection member 37 of the thigh orthosis 12 from rubbing on the thigh.
