PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a defective X-ray radiographic image by stopping the rotation of a rotary arm and the radiation of X-rays when outer force is added to the rotary arm. SOLUTION: X-ray equipment 10 comprises an X-ray source 34 for irradiating a part to be photographed in a subject with the X-rays; an X-ray detection part 36 for detecting the X-rays transmitting the part to be photographed; and the rotary arm 24 for holding the X-ray source and the X-ray detection part in a facing state. Then the equipment performs photographing by driving and rotating the rotary arm by the use of a driving motor 74 so as to allow the X-ray source and the X-ray detection part to hold the part to be photographed in the subject between them and to be rotated by keeping this facing state around the subject. The X-ray equipment includes a driving change detection device 90 for detecting force to block the rotation of the rotary arm, and stops the radiation of the X-rays by stopping the rotation driving applied by the rotation driving motor 74 when the driving change detection device 90 detects the force to block the rotation of the rotary arm.
