PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent variation in change characteristic of a tow angle for stroke by changing a roll center position by controlling vehicle body attitude. SOLUTION: An upper arm 5 and a vehicle body are rotatably and mutually connected through an actuator 10 to control the actuator 10 so that the roll center position approaches center of gravity of the vehicle body and is positioned on an inner side of turn when a steering angleθand steering angle speedθ' are large. A relative angle of a steering gear box 7 and the vehicle body is changed by the actuator 9, and a position of a connection part of a side rod 8 and a knuckle arm 15 is changed to change a tow angle. Change of tow angle accompanying with change of the roll center position to suppress change of behavior of the vehicle is suppressed, and a tow angle is adjusted to increase tow-in tendency of a turning outer wheel when lateral acceleration Ay is large so that total of lateral force of left and right wheels is accurately adjusted while suppressing change of tow angle accompanying with change of the roll center position.
