SLUDGE-CARBONIZED FUEL, AND METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge-carbonized fuel eliminating the problem of its exothermic tendency under storage, good in handleability, and improved in transportability as well, and to provide a method and a system for producing the fuel. SOLUTION: The system comprises a sludge-carbonizing subsystem and a carbonized sludge treatment subsystem for grinding carbonized sludge to 0.2-2.0 mm in average granular size and adjusting the resultant granulated carbonized sludge to≥0.5 in bulk density and 5-15 wt.% in moisture content.
