PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately measure a mounting angle of a magnetic sensor having a deviation in each axial direction to an ideal anchoring line even in the case that a magnetic impression device is installed on any axis, achieve low costs by simplifying the constitution of an angle adjusting device for adjusting the mounting angle of the magnetic sensor, and shorten IC inspection time. SOLUTION: The reference mounting direction of the magnetic sensor 1 is set in the direction of magnetic impression. Magnetic intensity impressed by the magnetic impression means 110 is detected as a sensor output value of the magnetic sensor 1. On the basis of the magnetic intensity and the sensor output value, the mounting angle and of the magnetic sensor 1 with respect to the reference mounting direction and sensor sensitivity are computed.
