PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a user to a position where a vehicle is parked. SOLUTION: Position information on a position where a vehicle is parked is transmitted from a vehicle-mounted device comprising connection means with a portable communications terminal and means for creating e-mail containing position information calculated from information from a vehicle sensor to a server comprising means for transmitting/receiving e-mail and means for creating a program running on the portable communications terminal. A program is created which calculates and displays a direction of a position indicated by the position information viewed from a present position and a distance from the present position to the position on the server. The program is transmitted to a portable communications terminal such as a cellular phone equipped with present position measurement means.
