A block carrier has scissors links and may be made or adjusted to suit most size of paving blocks or bricks. It is designed to drop over a stack of blocks while holding a release bar 6. The release bar enables frames 1,2 to open up sufficiently to pass over the blocks easily. On releasing release bar 6, lift carrier by handle 4 which allows the frames to automatically close and cause bars 2 to grip the blocks and be lifted and carried then placed gently onto paved area. Then by pulling on release bar 6 the device is free to repeat the process. |
