FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: retractor has retaining device with splints or wire and two pivotally secured funnel-shaped semi-disks, which are fixed with locking device and displacement mechanism in operating position. One of semi-disks is rigidly connected with toothed rack of displacement mechanism. Retaining device is immovably fixed on bone part to be removed. Inner edges of semi-disks adjoining bone stump part to be kept have single-sided sharpening. Displacement mechanism has graduated scale. Method allows post-operative complications to be avoided and saw to be prevented from clamping by edges of cut in bone. ^ EFFECT: uniform and non-traumatizing displacement of soft tissues for uncovering of bone, reliable retaining of retractor in desired position and retaining of bone part to be removed. ^ 5 dwg |
