<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a health supplement utilizing soybeans, so made as to sufficiently bring out effect of the soybeans, be of high absorption rate in the body, improve the body by relief of fatigue, ameliorate diseases by elimination of liver damages, and so on, achieve preventive function on diseases, and maintain or promote the body health. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a health supplement comprises extracting, in particular, isoflavone, saponin and peptide as soybean components, fermenting the extracted components, and generating extract from the fermented components as a health supplement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
