PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve, to a maximum extent, response of countermeasure control performed at the time of decrease in performance of controlling a speed change of a non-stage transmission. SOLUTION: There is provided a hydraulic control system of the non-stage transmission in which an intermediate device 113 for controlling oil volumes that is supplied to and is exhausted from a control oil hydraulic chamber 112 is provided between an oil unit 83 and the control oil hydraulic chamber 112. In the hydraulic control system, as a mode of controlling the intermediate device 113, selective changeover is possible between a first control mode chosen in cases where the performance of an oil device 83 is normal and a second control mode that is chosen in cases where the performance of an oil device 83 is decremented and that is different in an oil supplying condition from the cases where the first control mode is chosen. The hydraulic control device of the non-stage transmission includes a mode choosing device for choosing the second control mode in cases where a predetermined condition is established even if the oil unit 83 is normal in performance.
