A device and a method for blocking detection of an RFID(Radio Frequency ID) attached to goods, and a recording medium are provided to offer an intelligent RFID service while previously/selectively preventing infringement of privacy, induction of shame, or leakage of personal information through an RFID chip or tag. A detection blocking information register(205) registers detection blocking information(215) linking RFID transmission information included in the RFID tag with goods information attaching a detection-blocked RFID tag(235) to a storing medium(210). A detection blocking discriminator(220) discriminates that the goods attaching the RFID tag is corresponding to the detection-blocked goods registered to the storing medium by responding to an RFID detection command. A detection blocking processor(225) blocks RFID information of the detection-blocked goods from detection of an RFID reader(245) by generating an RFID detection error based on the detection blocking information. An RFID transceiver(230) receives the RFID detection command transmitted from the RFID reader and transmits the RFID transmission information linked with the detection-blocked goods stored in the storing medium.
