PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reception of defective command due to noise by keeping synchronization control between receiving sides without lowering data processing efficiency. SOLUTION: When noise is invaded on a second synchronous signal, an order of inputting to a reception port becomes "L/H"→"L/L"→"H/L"→"H/H". Since this is different from a normal order ( a first synchronous signal/second synchronous signal is "H/L"→"H/H"→"L/H"→"L/L") and since it is highly possible that noise is invaded by being influenced by something, and as a result, communication data are partially destroyed as well, collected communication data are invalidated.
