A thin film transistor array panel is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and obtain a slim structure by arranging a gate driver circuit including a shift register on the thin film transistor array panel. A thin film transistor array panel comprises a display cell array circuit, a data driver circuit, a gate driver circuit, a plurality of first signal lines(120a,120b,120c), and a plurality of second signal lines(170a,170b,170c). The display cell array circuit includes a plurality of gate lines formed on an insulation substrate; a plurality of data lines intersecting the gate lines; a plurality of display thin film transistors connected to the gate lines and the data lines; and a plurality of pixel electrodes connected to the display thin film transistors. The data driver circuit transmits data signals to the data lines. The gate driver circuit includes a plurality of driver thin film transistors formed on the substrate, and transmits gate signals to the gate lines. The first signal lines are formed on the substrate, and transmits a power voltage or electrical signals including a timing signal applied from an external source to the gate driver circuit. The second signal lines are arranged to directly contact the first signal lines so as to be connected to the first signal lines and the driver thin film transistor. The second signal lines are formed on a layer where the data lines are formed.
