PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality and reduce a cost by reducing friction of a printing form for the mounting face of a surface plate, preventing occurrence of damage, dispensing with lubricity treatment for friction reduction, and suppressing generation of static electricity to reduce load for conveyance. SOLUTION: A registering device of the printing form has an air suction opening 62 in the center, and is retractably provided with a pin 60 of which an upper end face is spherically formed in the surface plate 3. The pin 60 is protruded from the upper face of the surface plate 3, floats a photopolymer form F mounted on the surface plate 3, and sucks air from the suction opening 62 to suck the photopolymer form F so as to be held at one point with the pin 60. Next, the rear end edge of the photopolymer form F is pushed with a push plate 42, rotates the photopolymer form F by centering the pin 60, and straightly corrects an inclined mounting state.
