FIELD: mechanical engineering; gas-turbine engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designing of gas-turbine engine, mainly, to designing of stator unit of axial-flow compressor. Proposed guide-vane assembly contains half-rings provided with shoulders, and cantilever vanes. Vane webs are fixed by means of half-rings on inner side of which slots are made to form dovetail joint with vane webs. Guide-vane assembly is secured in housing of axial flow compressor equipped with ring T-shaped slot and longitudinal detachable joint. Shoulders of half-rings are fitted in ring T-shaped slot of housing. Longitudinal axis of each dovetail joint is arranged at angle alpha, exceeding 30°, exceeding 30°, relative to longitudinal axis of housing. Said angle alpha for at least one stage of compressor exceeds 45°. ^ EFFECT: improved manufacturability of guide-vane assembly, optimization of operation of guide-vane assembly owing to organization of direction of flow of gas to compressor impeller by provision of required angle of setting of dovetail joint longitudinal axis relative to longitudinal axis of housing. ^ 3 dwg |
