PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-roll rolling mill which has a simple structure, the installation cost of which is low, the reliability of which is high and with which the deviation of a position within the clearance of each roll chock is prevented. SOLUTION: Rolling is performed while work rolls 1 are energized in the direction of offset with springs 21 during rolling or/and rolling is performed while back-up rolls 2 are energized in the offset direction with springs 25 during rolling when rolling a material to be rolled.
