PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail management system for easily managing the flow of exchange of electronic mails with counterparts such as clients. SOLUTION: A computer system for electronic mail management having a receiving function and a transmitting function of the electronic mails comprises a database for storing/updating information concerning the electronic mails including the electronic mails and mail addresses of the electronic mail, a means for generating unique transmitting origins at each time when the electronic mails are transmitted, a means for transmitting the electronic mails including unique generated transmitting origin mail addresses to arbitrary transmitting destination mail addresses, a means for receiving and preserving the electronic mails returned to the transmitting origin mail addresses, and a means for preserving and/or outputting transmitting and receiving related information with the received mails returned to the transmitting origin mail addresses.
