PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor exhibiting excellent temperature heat shock resistance and durability by enhancing resistance of a plastic magnet against cracking. SOLUTION: The rotor of a brushless motor comprising an output shaft 4 and a magnet 8 is molded of a plastic magnet material consisting of a magnetic compound and a plastic resin material admixed with elastic resin, e.g. elastomer.
