PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee-shaped structure excellent in strength and durability because a frame-shaped skeleton composed of steel materials holds a levee shape even if timber is rotted, and by forming an iron core wooden frame constituted by connecting panels to be laminated without impairing scenery because of having the wooden outside to enable a construction period of time to be shortened at a site. SOLUTION: A large number of iron core wooden frames 11 forming the levee-shaped structure is formed in the shape of a frame by connecting one side wooden panel 12 to a reinforce core of the other side wooden panel 16, and a water permeable surface prevention material is developed to a storage section 11A, and it is filled with an inner packing filling 23 such as a cobble stone, earth and sand, a crushed stone or the like. Each iron core wooden frame 11 is installed on the ground with a required width and depth, and while connecting both the up and down iron core wooden frames 11 and 11 with each other through a panel connecting body to be successively laminated up to a required height to construct the levee-shaped structure.
