PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball overflow prevention device where an upper ball tray can be opened at a large opening angle even when a prize ball path for putting out game balls to the upper ball tray is full of the game balls. SOLUTION: At a front frame 2 holding a game panel 20, a guiding out port 12 for guiding prize balls put out from a ball putting out device to the upper ball tray is opened, and an overflowing ball collection mechanism 210 is provided under it. At the overflowing ball collection mechanism 210, a tray member 220 which expands, opens and moves forward according to the opening operation of the upper ball tray is provided to receive the game balls overflowing from the guiding out port 12 and the game balls falling backward from a guiding out gutter 62 when the upper ball tray is open to guide the balls from an overflowing ball collection port 221 on the rear side to a lower ball tray via a collection path.
