PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk capable of storing electronic TV guide information, a recording device using the optical disk and a reproducing device using the optical disk. SOLUTION: The electronic TV guide information is formed as primary text information (101a) and the primary text information formed to include the electronic TV guide information is recorded to a management region of the optical disk (101 to 102).
