A system for receiving and transmitting different data Frames on digital transmission network consists of: at least one interface connecting with the user's network; and/or at least one network interface connecting with the digital transmission net for transmitting the data; and the data conversion device connecting with said user interface and said network interface, converting the data format between said user interfaces or converting the data format between said network interfaces or converting the data format between said user interface and said network interface; therein, said data conversion device consists of virtual leased line device and interface device and processor. Said virtual leased line device exchanges the data between said network interface and said user interface via said interface device, which improve the concourse ability of the system.
