PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid discharging method utilizing an ion wind, and to provide an inkjet printing head adopting this. SOLUTION: The fluid discharging method includes a stage in which a fluid is filled inside a nozzle by a capillary force, a stage in which the ion wind is generated by ionizing the air in the periphery of an outlet of the nozzle, and a stage in which the fluid inside the nozzle is discharged by a decrease of the atmospheric pressure in the periphery of the outlet of the nozzle by the ion wind. The inkjet printing head has a manifold formed at a channel plate for supplying ink, a nozzle formed in a nozzle plate set on the channel plate to be filled with the ink from the manifold by a capillary force, a ground electrode and a source electrode disposed in the periphery of a nozzle outlet for forming an electric field by an impressed voltage, thereby ionizing the air in the periphery of the nozzle outlet and generating the ion wind.
