PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing paper winding device which does not need to rotate a printing paper winding device main body, can reduce the part precision and the assembling precision, can reduce the cost required for parts and the manufacture, and can reduce the total cost as a product. SOLUTION: A winding boss 14 in which a supporting tube for winding the printing paper 3 is fitted is annularly fitted on a winding shaft 11 under a three-dimensionally free state. That is, the winding boss 14 is axially supported to an intermediate ring 16 in a manner to be freely rotatable to the Z axis. At the same time, the intermediate ring 16 is pivotally supported to a one-way clutch 15 in a manner to be freely rotatable to the Y axis. The one-way clutch 15 is annularly fitted in a manner to be freely slidable on the winding shaft 11.
