PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic battery tester capable of testing a storage battery with consideration for the presence of noises. SOLUTION: The tester includes a pair of Kelvin connectors capable of electrically binding to both terminals of a battery. Further, the tester includes a source capable of applying change-with-time time function to the battery via the Kelvin connectors. A sensor electrically binding to the Kelvin connectors can detect the response of the storage battery with respect to the applied time function, and can supply the response signal. An analog-digital converter digitizes the response signal. A processing circuit converts the digitized response signal to a plurality of Fourier components, and measures noises in the response signal from a part of the Fourier components.
