PURPOSE: A land and marine disposal method of organic waste by using waste filter of water purifier is provided to treat leachate, stabilize landfill and create ecological environment by hygienically filling organic waste put into the waste filter in land and create fishing ground and artificial reef by filling the organic waste contained waste filter in the sea. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step of piling up the waste filter to a certain height of about 30 to 60 cm after putting the organic waste into the waste filter; a step of covering soil on the piled up organic waste; a step of installing an impermeable layer and a collection pipe on the bottom of a landfill site to collect leachate so that moisture content of the organic waste is lowered; and a step of installing a gas extraction unit in the landfill site and installing a storage tank outside the landfill site. The method comprises a step of putting the organic waste into the waste filter; and disposing the organic waste contained waste filter in the sea so that nutrients and microorganisms discharged from the waste filter are smoothly biologically treated in the underwater ecological system, wherein the waste filter is put into a stainless steel mesh so that the stainless steel mesh containing the waste filter functions as an artificial reef, and the artificial reef forms sea mountains so that nutrients of lower seawater is moved to the surface of the sea. |
