<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a service wherein a repair request of a defective article is accepted from an agent and a repair center delivers the repaired article directly to a customer. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with: a management database 16 in which information on the agent which has accepted the repair request of the defective article, information showing the repair charge required for the repair of the defective article and information showing whether or not the repair charge is guaranteed by the agent are stored: and a charge processing part for deciding whether the repair charge is guaranteed by the agent by referring to a management database 16 and requesting the repair charge to the agent when the repair charge is guaranteed by the agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
