The warm water preparation device (2) is arranged at least in the front part of the seat (2) and has a water chamber (24) in which an electric heating element (26) and a thermostat (28) controlling said element is arranged. It is possible to regulate the temperature in a simple and precise manner and also makes the seat warmer for the user.
