PURPOSE: An engine mounting for a vehicle is provided to prevent vibration and noise by absorbing vibration and impact to the all degrees of freedom with dividing the engine mounting into the upper plate and the lower plate, and to improve the efficiency of the engine by cooling the engine. CONSTITUTION: An engine mounting of a vehicle comprises an upper plate(100) having a radiating part(110) formed of plural divided blades, an assembling hole(111) formed in the upper part, and an insertion part bent inward in the lower part; a lower plate(200) having plural assembling holes(210) and plural mounting rubbers(220) placed inside the radiating part of the upper plate and spaced from the insertion part to surround; and an assembling unit(300) combined with the radiating part of the upper plate to fasten the upper plate and the lower plate. Vibration is prevented, and impact is absorbed efficiently with assembling the upper plate and the lower plate by the assembling unit. The upper plate is combined with the upper part of the engine through the engine bracket bent perpendicularly, and the lower plate is combined with the vehicle body through the vehicle body bracket by plural assembling units.
