PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with an conventional pass box for cleaning an article, wherein dust cannot be completely removed because a dead angle to which jet air is not injected is produced on the article. SOLUTION: This pass box for cleaning the article is formed such that a storage space for the article cleaned by an inner box is formed in a box body in which a room with a low cleanliness is connected to a room with a high cleanliness and jet air is injected into the inner box through a high performance filter. A turn table for placing the article thereon is installed in the inner box, and the turn table is rotated by a drive means. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
