PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjustment method for a resin fender panel and a position adjustment structure for the resin fender panel very easy in position adjustment of the resin fender panel in touching up. SOLUTION: A fender panel mounting bracket 6 for mounting the resin fender panel 1 to a car body 5 is formed by a wrought material and a bent piece 7 having at least one bent part 8 is arranged between a fender side fixing piece 2 arranged at one end of the fender panel mounting bracket 6 and a car body side fixing piece 4 arranged at the other end. Accordingly, the position adjustment of the resin fender panel 1 in touching up is made very easy by varying a bent angleθof the bent part 8 of the bent piece 7 as required by plastically deforming the fender panel mounting bracket 6.
