PURPOSE: A thawing device of a fuel filler of a vehicle is provided to prevent the fuel filler housing from freezing by circulating exhaust gas around the fuel filler housing, and to thaw the fuel filler door easily by heat from exhaust gas in starting. CONSTITUTION: A thawing device of a fuel filler is composed of a discharge port(31) formed to an exhaust pipe(30) to discharge exhaust gas; an inflow port(32) formed to the other side of the exhaust pipe to flow exhaust gas in; a housing circulating pipe(40) installed to a fuel filler housing(10a) to surround the edge of the fuel filler housing and composed of an inlet(41) and an outlet(42); and a connecting pipe(50) having a first passage(51) connecting the discharge port to the inlet of the housing circulating pipe, and a second passage(52) connecting the outlet of the housing circulating pipe to the inflow port to connect the exhaust pipe to the housing circulating pipe.
