VECTOR SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING RECOMBINANT ADENO-ASSOCIATED VIRUS FOR GENE DELIVERY

PURPOSE: A vector system for producing recombinant adeno-associated virus for gene delivery is provided, thereby producing only recombinant adeno-associated virus for gene delivery without infection of adenovirus, so that it can be useful for gene therapy. CONSTITUTION: A helper vector(KCTC 18074P) for producing recombinant adeno-associated virus for gene delivery comprises (a) Rep sequence and Cap sequence of adeno-associated virus(AAV) operably linked to the control sequence; and (b) E2, E4 and VA genes of adenovirus, wherein control sequences and the Rep sequence and Cap sequence are linked in a reverse direction to the E2, E4 and VA gene sequences of adenovirus. The vector system for producing recombinant adeno-associated virus for gene delivery comprises the helper vector(KCTC 18074P), inverted terminal region(ITR) of adeno-associated virus, and an interest gene.
