PURPOSE: A vehicle glass for a speedometer is provided to check the speed of a traveling vehicle by making a driver stare at the front side of the vehicle without dispersing the line of sight in traveling. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle glass for a speedometer(2) includes a liquid crystal display(3) for displaying the speed of a traveling vehicle to a part of a front glass(1) to which the line of sight of a driver contacts. The speed indication liquid crystal display includes parts(3',3") at which numbers are displayed to the speed and not displayed and accordingly doesn't hinder the visual field of the driver in driving by making the no-number part transparent. The speed indication liquid crystal display is formed to the inner surface of a glass and coated with a film or silicon. The speed indication liquid crystal display is operated by a separate control and an electric wire is processed to be transparent. In addition, the speed indication liquid crystal display doesn't display the speed of the vehicle if the vehicle travels in the city or at the low speed below 40Km per hours with keeping a transparent state and only displays the speed in traveling at high speed.
